The Concessions Host/Hostess is responsible for the production and selling of concessions foods and drinks to guest attending events at the Ryman Auditorium while providing world class customer service to guests and co STARS. Includes proper food preparation, proper sanitation procedures, cleanliness of the Concessions location as well as proper rotation and display of food products. Accountable for proper cash handling procedures.
Provide world class customer service practicing the Gaylord Entertainment Service Basics for customer service. Perform assigned tasks as described in the SST's for concessions areas including: Assist with the proper preparation of food as well as storage of products after use as required by local and federal health regulations. Responsible for following required sanitation procedures as required by local and federal health regulations. Assist with all detail cleaning of Concessions locations during and after hours of operation of location. Assist with the proper rotation of food items on display ensuring a high quality of product is available to the guests. Assistance with the rotation and date labeling of new food orders in storage. Accountable for proper cash handling and check in/check out procedures Responsible for trash pick up of the auditorium between and after shows as required by event Assists with daily inventories at the end of all events. Respond and assist as required in time of emergencies including emergency evacuations. Perform other duties as assigned. |
