| Job Description: |
Inspect, troubleshoot and repair ceiling tile and grid, floor tile, doors, keys, locks, and other related repairs in public space, guest rooms and back of house space. <Perform preventive maintenance inspections and building maintenance related repairs in guest rooms and public space areas. Repair and install all property flooring and carpets. Maintain all public space and back of the house flooring including, but not limited to restroom grout, marble repair, ceramic tile, partitions and stall doors. Construct and maintain partition walls and drapes found in guestrooms and stage drapes in public space. Maintain and repair roof and skylight as assigned. Hang artwork, mirrors, bulletin boards, letter boxes, etc. Maintain and repair interior and exterior brick and brick pavers, concrete, fireplace brick and stone, outside walks, curbing, and asphalt. Comply with OSHA regulations, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and safety precautions. Perform other duties as assigned. |

| Education, training, experience: |
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: Minimum of two years building maintenance experience with basic knowledge of materials, methods, and principles used in a variety of construction and maintenance repairs required. Skills should include reading of blueprints, troubleshooting and knowledge of related tools and equipment. Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record required. Material Handling Equipment certification as required (may vary by property).
