| Job Description: |
The customer service representative is responsible for growing sales while providing superior customer service to all customers while using our franchise selling approach.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
1.Know, understand and perform in accordance with the Two Men and a Truck® Mission Statement.
2.Convert calls to sales using sales octane.
3.Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers to establish a rapport and build confidence in Two Men and a Truck® services and products.
4.Accurately input information into the “Movers Who Care” software to ensure proper scheduling of moves.
5.Inform customers on any anticipated delays or changes.
6.Continually maintain a thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of Two Men and a Truck® and effectively oppose and customer objections.
7.Make follow up calls/emails to current and potential customers to increase sales.
8.Prepare all move related paperwork and documents on a daily basis.
9.Calmly and professionally communicate with customers who may be frustrated, upset, or angry.
10.Participate in grass roots marketing by visiting various apartment complexes, assisted living facilities, etc.
11.Send out direct mail to potential customers.
12.Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings
13.Various other office duties. |

| Education, training, experience: |
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, college is a plus
Must possess excellent written and verbal skills
Must have excellent phone skills
Must be able to excel in a team environment
Must have the ability to sell products and services
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Must pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening |
