| Education, training, experience: |
| Must be 18 years of age and have a clean driving record. You must have a terrific attitude and an outgoing personality! You will need to be able to communicate professionally with customers face to face, on the phone, and electronically. You must be able to follow a sales process, log customer information into a computer database, and be willing to ask for help. You must have a desire to grow your own business by selling vehicles to customers who come or call upon the dealership, but also by making outgoing efforts. Long term customer service and satisfaction on your part is a requirement and following up with every customer you sell a vehicle to will be expected for years after the sale.
